Should I go to the hospital?

Yesterday I was lost in an unfamiliar city, did alot of walking. the back of ny calves hurt, my lower/upper bacj hurt on the left side. Also, my throat hurts. my tongue is kind of swollen, very sore and pain. There is a white bump under neath my tonguen it does hurt. Mostly on the side the bump is on. I dont have a fever or any nore bumps or symptoms. It hurts to swallow/eat/drink. my speaking has been altered too. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to see my doctor and by then most of my issues go away, so that's why I wonder if I should go to the hospital for immediate care. This came out of no where.
