My cat has been in labor all day?

my cat lilly girl had a litten this morning about 2pm it came out dead and its now 149 am and she hasn't had anymore i have her in a dark room with just the tv on and the tv i turned down and has been moving all over that room she moves from spot to spot what can i do to help her. i took her to the vet they said she had a fever and to just take her home and she would hopefully have her other kittens without any problems.. how long do they stay in labor ? and why does she keep movong around alot she was on a blanket for 4 hours and shes trying her best to push them out but she having trouble and now shes under neath the chair ehat can u do plz help i love her with all my heart!!
