I m 27 years old. i dont have a proper beard growth.what can i do?

i m 27 years old guy. i dont have a proper beard growth.Due to which i looks like child of 18 years.as well as my weight is only 49 kg and height is 5 feet 3 inch.plz give me remedy so that i could looks mature 27 years person
