How bad is the cicada infestation in Eminence, Missouri?

We are planning a trip to Eminence, Missouri in a couple of weeks and really don't want to deal with the cicadas like we are at home. We are rafting on the Current and Jacks Fork rivers. Does anyone know how bad these Devil Bugs are in this area? Thanks.
