Help!! No Dr can yet figure out whats wrong with me?

Back in November 2008 I has started my period like usual but I ended up having this bad outbreak along with and it occured within seconds of srarting my period. Lips- felt like knives were driving threw them. they also swelled up really big along with being red. EYE- Right one swelled up to where I could barley open it and the heat from the outnreak makes it to where the skin will sometimes peal off or the end of the eye will crack. I then have to put neorspoin on it and ice it down for like 3 or 4 days. Nose- gets all red and the heat is what makes it hot and red and it get to the point that its gets sores and cuts on the inside also. Mouth- swells up along with my tounge. Its hurts and tingles and maakes me feel like i can't breathe. My lower body around my waste and right under neath my butt gets these swelling also. Its red on the outside and brown on the inside and when the swelling goes away the brown marks stay and dont go away and when I have occuring outbreaks it mainely breaks out in the same spot. I went from May 2009 to June 2010 with out having any outbreaks by taking a mineral detox weather that worked or not i dont know. I started having outbreaks again july 2010 which that was not a bad one but August and sep i had a bad case again and it got to the point that its not breaking me out in different areas and leaving the same marks on my body. Ive been to the ER and they said they cant help me and so they told me to go see a dermatolgist so I did and ive been seeing him since Nov of 2010. He did a byptosy on me but found no infection in it. He still does not know whats wrong with me so my primarly dr is sending me to a different specialist. Now the Dermatolgist gave me a cortizone shot and it did help with one of my peroids but now im on birth control also and i still had an outbreaks being on that. so if anyone has experienced or can help please let me know. thanks so much.
