Downloading an album off of the iTunes store..?

I'm trying to download Steve-O's album off of iTunes but it is only downloading three of the eleven songs off of the album. I didn't individually buy these songs, I clicked the "buy" button under neath the album. I've "checked for available downloads" but the other songs don't come up. Do I have to buy the album again?
