Could i have candida?

I have an infection in my penis its not bad the skin gets a a little bit flaky after scratching or masturbating and some the foreskin has cuts in it also a white discharge on the head of my penis under neath the foreskin with a foul odour. Apart from that i feel 100% healthy and am still only 17. Could it be candida and what remedies would i find around the home that would cure it.
